Student Rate - Additional Information

As an organization dedicated to international collaboration, PCC recognizes importance of the emerging generation of education professionals. We are offering a student rate of $175 to encourage undergraduate and graduate university and college students to attend the Pacific Circle Consortium conference. To qualify, students must email, fax, or mail a copy of their student identification card or university registration receipt to the conference organizers.

Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellations will be accepted through June 6, 2007.

Registration cancellations will be subject to a $40 service fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we may prepare appropriate materials for your substitute.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to pcc2007@hawaii.edu, via fax to 1.808.956.0814, or via mail postmarked by June 1, 2007.


Registration Confirmation

For all registrants providing e-mail addresses, immediate confirmation will be sent via email as soon as your payment is cleared. Final confirmations will be sent via e-mail to all registrants on June 15, 2007. No postal confirmations will be mailed unless specifically requested.
