QUALIFIERS

Qualifiers is a tool for anyone, professional or student,
who must assemble, analyze, evaluate, and organize research data.
With Qualifiers you can collect all your datatext,
audio, videoin one place and arrange it in categories to
suit your purpose. Possible qualitative data include conversations,
presentations,
recitals, field data, and other situations. You can record audio
and play back audio and video with tools such as "transcriber
play" and "mark back." Perform post-analyses"intersection,"
"union," and "not in." Print reports. Project
analytic presentations of data and trends from your computer.
Graduate students in the University of Hawaiis College
of Education have used Qualifiers to analyze interview transcripts,
classroom videos, and student writings, but it has potential for
use in many other fields as well. Qualifiers makes it easy
for you to organize and analyze your data collection.
Minimum System requirements
Macintosh G4 computer or later using OS 10.4 or higher and a screen
of at least 1024 x 768 pixels and a minimum of 256 megabytes of
RAM.
World
Wide Web access is necessary for downloading the product.
